The CNA provides personal care services to clients in their homes while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with transfers and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs (when assigned)
- Report changes in patient condition
- Maintain documentation of services provided
- Follow infection control procedures
Qualifications
- Rhode Island CNA Certification
- CPR preferred
- Compassionate and dependable
