The Director of Nursing oversees all clinical operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with Rhode Island Department of Health regulations, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and agency policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all clinical staff
- Ensure quality patient care
- Review and approve Plans of Care
- Conduct supervisory visits
- Manage Quality Assurance and Infection Control programs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in surveys and accreditation activities
- Provide clinical staff education
Qualifications
- Current Rhode Island RN License
- BSN preferred
- Home Health management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge
