The Licensed Practical Nurse provides skilled nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions
- Report changes in patient status
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with patient education
- Follow physician orders and agency policies
Qualifications
- Current Rhode Island LPN License
- CPR Certification
- Home care experience preferred
